The Building Process

Investmark Pty Ltd t/as Homemark Homes (ACN: 604 041 965) are not the builder. Investmark Pty Ltd t/as Homemark Homes (ACN: 604 041 965) are a sales/marketing and customer service agent that work alongside the client and the builder. A HIA building contract for the construction of a home/s is entered into by our clients with our building partner – Choice Living WA BRN: 101237

From time-to-time, an alternative building partner may be introduced to the client for the purpose of carrying out the construction component of a home.

Photography and Illustrations

All images used are for illustrative purposes only and are artist’s impressions. Facade details such as entry doors, window sizing and placement may vary between house types and sizes. Refer to floor plan brochures or working drawings for specific detail. Photographs also depict upgrade options including lights, entry door and flat profile roof tiles (available at an additional cost). Some photographs may also depict features not supplied by Investmark Pty Ltd t/as Homemark Homes (ACN: 604 041 965) and Choice Living WA including landscaping, pools, water features, window furnishings, fireplaces, wall furnishes and finishes, cladding, in built joinery, decorative lighting, decor and furniture.

House and Land Packages

Investmark Pty Ltd t/as Homemark Homes (ACN: 604 041 965) house and land package prices are based on the developers supplied engineering plans, plan of subdivision and Investmark Pty Ltd t/as Homemark Homes (ACN: 604 041 965) and Choice Living WA standard (selected) house floor plan (with limited, base specification) and preferred siting (without any structural alterations). For a full list of the specification included in a home base price please contact a Homemark Homes ‘Home Ownership Specialist’.

The land prices and availability is correct at the time the house and land package is created by Investmark Pty Ltd t/as Homemark Homes (ACN: 604 041 965), but should be confirmed by you with the applicable land sales office prior to your land purchase. The package is subject to developer and council approval prior to Investmark Pty Ltd t/as Homemark Homes (ACN: 604 041 965) obtaining a building permit.

Any alteration made to the package may incur additional charges. Illustrations in brochures and on this website depict upgrade options (which incur additional costs) including lights, entry door, feature garage door, timber windows and flat profile roof tiles (available at an additional cost). Investmark Pty Ltd t/as Homemark Homes (ACN: 604 041 965) and Choice Living Homes WA does not provide any landscaping, window furnishings or fencing (unless otherwise stated in a PPA and listed as a variation or upgrade and nominated ‘turnkey’ packages). You should refer to your full working drawings for full details of your home design.

Investmark Pty Ltd t/as Homemark Homes (ACN: 604 041 965) and Choice Living WA reserves the right to vary the prices or inclusions at any time without further notice. All prices for house and land packages are correct at time of printing.

‘2% Deposit Finance’

Deposit and Genuine Savings Requirements: 2% deposit required and 1% genuine savings required. 1% deposit assumes you are a first home buyer using proceeds from first home owners’ grant. Other terms and conditions apply. This is subject to lenders normal lending criteria.

‘Get Started With Only $3,000’

Refers to the Preparation of Plans Agreement (PPA) deposit required by the builder – Choice Living WA, amount being $3,000. This upfront cost is then deducted from the total build contract price. Other conditions may also apply.

‘Quick Start Guarantee’

The ‘Quick Start Guarantee – site-start of 6 weeks from the settlement of the clients land, is strictly subject to the following conditions:

– Restricted to a pre-packaged Choice Living Homes WA product or an agreed pre-selected standard house design and standard specification

– Land titles being issued

– Land settlement completed

– Colour/ Finishes Selections sign off by client within 30 days of contract if not at contract stage

– Council and Developer DA/ Building Permits being issued

– The penalty to Choice Living Homes WA for any failure to meet this guarantee will be the provision of a FREE upgrade to LED lights to the living areas only (a one off bonus).

‘Fixed Price Guarantee’

Applies only to turnkey packages offered by Choice Living Homes WA. To find out more about turnkey packages or how the fixed price guarantee applies please contact us.

‘Homemark Connect’

By proceeding to use the Homemark Connect service, you agree to the terms set out below in addition to the Movinghub terms of service www.movinghub.com.au/terms (together the “Terms”). If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use the Homemark Connect service.

1.     Homemark Connect is a collaborative offering by Investmark Pty Ltd t/as Homemark Homes (“HMH”) and MM8 Pty Ltd (“Movinghub”). Our webpage is an information guide only and we recommend that you seek professional advice before purchasing any of the services featured. We will make our best efforts to provide relevant and correct information, however we make no warranty or representation about the fitness or suitability of any service featured on this site.  Nothing in the site shall be deemed to constitute financial advice to induce you to purchase services from the service providers. HMH does not accept liability for any errors or omission, and reserves the right to change information given at any time.

2.    HMH is only a conduit and organizer of information supplied by Movinghub and third party service providers. We are not ourselves the provider of any services or utilities.  We are not liable for any variances in quality from the information supplied to us by these third parties.

3.      Before deciding to hire any service provider, you must rely solely on your own evaluation of the service provider, including track record, qualifications, credentials, reviews, account information, representations made and such other material facts as you, in your sole discretion, deem relevant.

4.      When you hire a service provider, the contract for that service will be between you and the service provider, and not HMH.  We will not be deemed in any way a party or a third party beneficiary of the service contract.  We have no participation in, or control over, the service transaction.  The performance, implementation, completion or payment in respect of any contracted services shall be separately arranged between the customer and service provider to the exclusion of HMH, and the customer and service provider shall look solely to the other in respect of any relevant liability, responsibility or obligation.

5.    HMH has no influence on the acceptance of any contract by the service provider and as such cannot be held liable should an offer be withdrawn or not made available to you.

6.    HMH does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of, or connected with this service, or for any services selected through this service. We cannot guarantee that a service provider will be able to provide a particular product at any particular time or that a product will be available from day to day. We reserve the right to withdraw any service provider (or any product or service of a service provider) from our service at any time.

7.      Payments for the service providers’ services will be made direct to the service providers under their terms & conditions. We assume no responsibility for organising or making payments to the service providers.

8.      We will have no liability in respect of any other website or page on the Internet accessible from this site.

Homemark Connect Disputes

9.      Customers dissatisfied with services performed by a third party service provider must communicate directly with the service provider to resolve and settle any problems.  We are not obligated to provide any mediation, arbitration or other dispute resolution services between customers and service providers.

10.  In exchange for the services provided by this site, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged, you expressly agree to release HMH, its officers, directors, affiliates, parent companies, employees and service providers from any claims, demands, causes of action, losses and damages (direct and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with any dispute between you and any service provider.  You waive any limitations on general releases under applicable law.  Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you release and absolve us from any liability arising from any negligence, dishonesty, fraud, swindling, deceit or misrepresentation by any service providers.

The depicted elevations are for illustration purposes only and are not included in the price of the home (unless specified). This illustrations may also depict features not included as standard features for the advertised homes including but not limited to elevation features, landscaping features such as planter boxes, turf, letterbox, outdoor areas, retaining walls, pergolas, screens, gates, fences, paving and decking.

Once all site works plans are completed and the site works cost is accurately calculated then a final price can be obtained. In the interim, an average site works allowance has been included.
